Arrival in Mongolia and make city tour
Welcome to Mongolia! Upon arrival, you’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. Begin your adventure with a visit to Sukhbaatar Square, the heart of the city, and the National Museum of Mongolia, where you’ll explore the country’s rich history and culture.
In the evening, enjoy a captivating traditional Mongolian concert showcasing folk music, throat singing, and contortion. Overnight at a hotel*** in Ulaanbaatar.

Drive to Terelj National Park, renowned for its alpine scenery and unique rock formations like the Turtle Rock. Overnight in a ger camp. Visit the towering Chinggis Khaan Equestrian Statue, the largest of its kind in the world. Enjoy a short hike to a hilltop temple for panoramic views of the park. Head to Khustai National Park, home to the reintroduced Przewalski’s horse (Takhi), a symbol of Mongolian wildlife conservation. Explore the park and spot herds of these majestic wild horses roaming freely. Overnight in a ger camp. Distance: ~270 km (~6-7 hours driving).

Drive to Kharkhorin and Ugii lake (B/L/D)
In the morning, we will drive to the Kharkhorin, the site of the ancient capital of the Great Mongolian Empire. The city served as the Mongolian capital for only 40 years (until when Khubilai Khaan moved it to what is now Beijing). Most of the city was later destroyed by Chinese soldiers during the second half of 14th century. After lunch at local restaurant, we take cultural tour at Erdenezuu Monastery. Then, we will drive to Ugii lake. Overnight in ger camp. Distance: ~150 km (~4hours driving).
